International Organization of this activity Celebrative cultural, educational and entertainment by children and for children and young people "AniFestROZAFA 2011" is a special event and fun for our city. Organization and development of activity coincides with the hospitality and friendly environment that our city has to arts and culture in general, but it will be one more contribution to enriching the world of the talented children of our city.
ACTIVITIES
The International Event of animated film for children and youngsters "AniFestROZAFA 2011" is unique in its kind in Albania. "KOHA e FËMIJËVE" (Children’s Time) organization, a non-profit organization, organizes the Event under the auspice of Mr. Lorenc Luka, Mayor of Shkodra Municipality, and with the support of Shkodra Municipality and National Cinematographic Centre (QKK). This Event is in compliance with the principles of ECFA (European Association of Film for Children).

About us
AniFestROZAFA is an international competitive and festive event and festival by children and for children. The event includes trainings, seminars, workshops and the international festival of animated films made by children and for children. The "AniFestROZAFA 2010" Event was a successful experience with its trainings, seminars and workshops, where a group of children from Shkodra participated and by the end, they managed to make an animated film titled "Koka bën koka pëson" (To face the consequences), with a film length of 2 min.
Objectives
Based on the first edition of “AniFestROZAFA 2010” Festival, and on the shortcomings and successes that were achieved, the organizers have decided to make the second edition of the event - which will be held on September 12-18, 2011 - more accessible, more readable, more accountable, and aiming at:
Maintaining the achievements and successes, improving the realization of objectives, preserving the confidence gained by the local and central government in order for the “AniFestROZAFA” ...
History of Animation
The first term used to refer to animated films in Albania was multiplicative film. Later, the term cartoon film (film vizatimor) was introduced.
The magical art of animated films would give its first fruits in Albania in 1975, with the realization of the first film of this cinematographic genre in the studios of ”Kinostudio Shqipëria e Re” (New Albania Kinostudio)..
